In celebration of Sue Bird's tenth season in Seattle with the Storm the team went out and play like they did before they drafted her. Or, in other words, they played like a team sucky enough to get the first overall draft pick. Make a layup.

Still, my streak of seeing at least one Storm game in every season is intact. And, There is now only one current WNBA team that I have not seen play in person ... Washington.

It was cool to see Gus and Slick in attendance.

I joked to a friend at this game that I would root against a U-8 girls team named the Timbers ... and even though I was mostly joking I was enjoying rooting against this Timbers PDL squad despite it being Timbers, Jr.
