The Seattle Mariners traded with Toronto for Eric Thames last season right after the Ichiro trade and he spent a good deal of time in right field the last two months of the season.
If he and a number of the other young prospects can all emerge together like the young players in the early 90s then this could work. They are pretty much all in on their young players at this point.
