Just a little thought about the food and fuel crisis ...

Since I generally don't believe a farmer would really care what is grown if it is all good and legal and profitable ...

And since there is a growing crisis about staple food items being used for fuel ...

And since there are a couple billion more people on Earth than just a few decades ago ... and they all need food and fuel and everything else ...

And since alternate fuel sources are so important ...

And since growing staple food is so important ...

And since the crops will all go up in smoke any ways ...

Why not have all those tobacco farmers grow fuel ???

No, it would not solve all of the food issues ...

Yes, cigarette costs would skyrocket ... with the tobacco related health care costs declining most likely as an additional benefit ...

The crops are all going to go up in smoke any ways ... so why not ???
